Final Sunday of Summer Worship Schedule

As the summer draws to a close, this Sunday will be the last week of our summer worship schedule. The CrossWalk service will be at 10:30 am on Sunday, September 5. The Saturday 5:00 pm and Sunday 8:30 am services will be held as usual.
 
On Sunday, September 12, we will have one service at 10:00 am (Rally Sunday). Our regular worship schedule resumes Saturday, September 19.
 
 

Reid's Read for September

And the Shofar Blew is a book of desperation, encouragement, struggle and joy in the midst of a people who are trying to find balance between faith and service. Francine Rivers pens this novel from the perspective of a young couple trying to start their own church but finding difficulties in everyday life.

Rally Day: September 12
 
Please join us on Rally Sunday, September 12, as we kick-off our fall programs in a festive way. With the theme “Finding Faith, Fellowship & Friends,” Our Savior’s will offer several opportunities for children and adults to celebrate our Lord through worship, fellowship and education. Invite your families and friends — all are welcome!
 
  • Sunday School Open House at 9:00 am

See your child’s classroom, meet the teachers and register for Sunday School.

  • One Worship Service at 10:00 am
We encourage you to wear bright colors to this special service, which will include commissioning of our Sunday School and Confirmation teachers.
 
  • Congregational Potluck Picnic at 11:30 am

We’ll gather in Shepherd’s Gate after worship. Hamburgers, veggie burgers, hot dogs and drinks will be provided. Each family should bring a dish to pass. There will also be fun activities for the children.

Reaching Out to Christ’s Kingdom

We welcome all high school students to join us twice a month on Wednesday nights from 7:30 - 9:00 pm in the Shepherd’s Gate youth room for Christian-centered education, discussion, music and fun!
